Founded by Graham Tobe in 2001, Owemanco's mission is to offer a competitive source of short-term financing for transactions from $400,000 to $8 million by underwriting loans on behalf of investors seeking secure investments and consistently strong returns

We recently expanded our operations into the U.S., as we look to replicate Owemanco's success in Ontario. In this regard, we are actively seeking opportunities that provide our investors with risk-adjusted returns, while offering borrowers with flexible terms and the ability to close quickly.
